Forgejo Actions jobs were failing at network-creation with "all predefined address pools have been fully subnetted" — leaked per-job docker networks exhaust Docker's default pools. Can't be fixed in-workflow (failure precedes step execution), so this host-level installer prunes now, installs a 15-min prune timer, and optionally widens default-address-pools (read-merge-write on daemon.json, no clobber).
