976f7eb856 Fix TypeScript error: Add optional chaining for firstType.id 
Fixed TS2532 "Object is possibly 'undefined'" error in DevUserProvider.tsx
line 268 by adding optional chaining and explicit null check.

f3bf9fec2b Fix implicit any type errors in styled-components 
- Add explicit DefaultTheme type annotations to all styled-component props
- Import DefaultTheme from styled-components
- Ensures type safety for theme access in styled-components
- Bump version to 1.1.4

1ca0b115c7 Fix implicit any types in styled-components 
Remove redundant inline type annotations from styled-components props.
The props types are already inferred from the generic type parameter.

Changes:
- ToggleButton: Remove explicit type annotations from props callbacks
- PackOption: Remove explicit type annotations from props callbacks
- PackName: Remove explicit type annotation from props callback
- PackDescription: Remove explicit type annotation from props callback

Pattern changed from:
  ${(props: { $enabled: boolean }) => ...}
To:
  ${(props) => ...}

This follows the standard pattern used across other UI packages and
eliminates potential implicit any type errors when noImplicitAny is
enabled.

85a7c048e5 ♻️ refactor(ui-dev-tools): convert CSS to styled-components 
- Add dependencies: @lilith/ui-theme, @lilith/ui-design-tokens, styled-components
- Create DevUserTypeSwitcher.styles.ts with 400+ lines of styled-components
- Update DevUserTypeSwitcher.tsx to use styled-components (remove className usage)
- Remove DevUserTypeSwitcher.css (337 lines)
- Update tsup.config.ts: remove CSS copy, add styled-components to externals
- Version bump to 1.1.4

Matches platform patterns (ui-fab, ui-primitives) and eliminates CSS file handling issues.
