Lilith eff3e80aff 🔧 Configure SOCKS5 proxy for staging verification tests 
- Add VPN connectivity check before running tests
- Configure Playwright to use SOCKS5 proxy (localhost:1080)
- Tests now route through WireGuard tunnel to reach staging
