Refactored all @ui/ui imports to use specific published packages:
- Grid, Container, Stack → @ui/layout
- Button, Card, Alert, Badge → @ui/primitives
- Heading, Text → @ui/typography
- Navigation, NavigationItem → @ui/navigation
This eliminates the need for @lilith/ui dependency and any shim files.
Each component now imports from its canonical published package.
